When you’re running a small business, you invariably end up with a whole lot of balls in the air, usually with a few that you don’t quite know how to manage. Finances, marketing, networking, social media, selling, let alone the day-to-day running of your business.

When you’re running an agricultural or rurally-based business, the additional challenges you have and extra balls in the air add up even faster. That is why it is so important to work with a business coach who understands what you are up against, and is able to work with you to.

That’s where I come in.

EMILY HURST

I’m a business owner, photographer, farmer, traveller, and your new best friend in business.

Born and raised in rural NSW on an Angus stud cattle farm, I have lived and breathed ag my entire life. Over the last 10 years, I have worked and studied digital marketing in agriculture and really focused in on the power of story in our marketing.

I am a huge advocate for mental health and wellbeing in your business. Why? Because if you aren’t running, then your business certainly won’t be. Business should be built for the future and how your business runs should start with what works for you.

Our coaching sessions are built around you. We send out a questionnaire before the session for you to outline exactly what you’d like help with and what you’d like to get out of the session. From there, we build a plan around that. At the end of the session, you’ll leave with a BA Action plan as well as sessions notes and a recording so you can go back over everything as much as you like!
1 Hour

Workbook Add-On
When you purchase any of our workbooks, we offer a discounted business coaching session! Here, we can help you work through the book, expand on anything, or help explain anything you would like to go through in-depth.
2 Hours | 1 Hour

Youth Coaching
For individuals between 16 and 25 we offer a discounted coaching focused on building your personal brand, getting started in business, growing your business, goal setting, and planning.
